2 good attacking sides so this should be a great game.
everton have made a good start under martinez but its probably not that much of a surprise to most epl fans, overall he done a great job at wigan winning the fa cup and even though the side was relegated we always seen good football which was very entertaining. if i was an everton fan i wouldnt be too upset at moyes moving on, hes a negative manager that prefers to defend, martinez is the opposite. already we have seen them playing a bit more flair, they raced to a 3-0 lead against newcastle in the last match.
city have turned in a couple of terrific home performances in the epl but we seen in midweek just how far behind the top european clubs they really are, bayern controlled the tie from start to finish scoring 3 times, it should have been more as city were all over the place at the back. we have also seen them lose 3 goals at cardiff and again at villa, not exactly the greatest of most powerful attacking teams. going forward city have wonderful options though but it is going to be interesting to see if keeper hart is dropped for this game, his form is very poor.
i like the attacking players on both teams, the way everton are passing it and the fact city are losing far too many goals, so over looks the call.
