Tottenham v Hull

im not that impressed with spurs so far and think hull could grab a win here on their 2nd visit in a few days.
the league game was not as open and exciting as i had expected- in fact it was dreadful as hull parked the bus and spurs took a while to find the opening and sneak the result. a lot of the spurs fans are not quite happy enough with the style the manager is using- yes its tough to score against but many feel against the better sides that tottenham will struggle a and ofcourse despite a great start they were beaten by arsenal.
i like the hull manager. not just because hes a nice enough guy and not one of the moaners but also because of the way he goes about his business. i think hes built a decent squad there with very little money and while the bookies still expect them to go down id say they have every chance of doing enough to stay up with the amount of poor sides at the bottom this season. a cup run would be nice too im sure its something the manager is thinking of. with so many top clubs taking this easy the league cup is a great chance for a side like hull to get to wembley.
i expect the same game as the other day with hull playing it very tight and hitting on the break. close at half time probably no scoring, but this time i think hull can grab the winning goal 2nd half and sneak through to the next round.
