spurs are a different side under sherwood and i expect them to give city a much better test than they did in manchester.
its nice to see a young british coach getting his chance, and spurs really surprised everyone by giving the job to sherwood when most were expecting a big european name to replace AVB. It has paid off as with 2 strikers on the park at all times Tottenham are scoring plenty of goals and may even be in the running for that all important 4th position and champions league football. Ive always thought they had a good squad of players but ofcourse losing Bale was massive.
City will win the title, in my view anyway, this is the strongest side and the manager is really getting some wonderful performances from them. The team is full of top starts but also guys playing with so much confidence. Chelsea is the side they have to beat and ofcourse mourinho is a master at getting results when he has to but i think City will be far too strong by summer time and should be crowned champions. Their attacking play at times is frightening as Spurs found out when they lost 6-0 only weeks ago.
I do think the 6-0 with be on the players minds and that Spurs will be desperate to put things right. I wouldnt back them to win this game but i think these are good odds on Tottanham at least taking something from the match. A draw wouldnt be such a bad result for City either given the home sides form over the last 6 or 7 weeks.
Spurs+0.5 with bet 365 at evens.
Tottenham v Man City
