its probably been the story of the season in holland, zwolles superb form and the fact the side is joint 6th position now with feyenoord(who they have actually beaten this season). i think its great to see this club doing so well because in previous seasons the team has taken some heavy beatings but have never changed their style or the way they like to play pass and move football. the patience has really paid off a win here would take them into the champions league places, i think they fact they smashed den hagg 6-1 and beat NEC 5-1 tells you just how far ahead of clubs that are of similar size they really are. its a very well run club with a nice youth system.
waalwijk are struggling once again as most of us expected. very very poor defensive side, every time ive seen them they struggle on crosses and are slow to turn against pacey attackers. 29 goals lost, sitting 2nd bottom, no away wins, i do think NEC(who are bottom) have better defenders so we may even see them slip to the bottom of the table over the winter months.
i expect a good game here one thats open an attacking, zwolle are a good footbaling side but they give every single side they play chances so dont be totally surprised if the outsiders score 1st. i do expect quality to tell though and the home side to get a result maybe 3-1.
