this looks a real scrap which could be a little nasty.
cardiff sacked mckay and while the fans are angry i can understand why the owners are unhappy with him. yes he done a great job to take them up but the football and tactics since they got there have been pretty dire. it seems to be he felt their only option is to spoil games and play negative- with so many teams in the bottom half in that scrap to go down i think that was totally the wrong way to play.
sunderland grabbed a brilliant result at everton. maybe they had some luck as the goal was a gift and a red card but at least the team now looks organised and ready to fight for their place in the epl. their discipline is always an issue though, 5 reds for the season, i think too many of their players dive into crazy tackles and then think about it after the ref has been forced to act.
i dont expect good football here its a massive game for both sides and no doubt both will play not to lose it. thats why i go for a few cards i expect a scrappy that gets quite physical and is really low on quality.
