st johnstone have a decent enough defence to take something from this derby clash.
utd have played some lovely football this season but sadly for mcnamara the young side seems to have lost their confidence and that defence looks wide open at times. i guess its too be expected when you bring in so many kids but the utd fans will be worried about the way it seems to have feel apart so quickly. it was only 2 months ago this looked the best side in scotland in terms of attacking play.
saints are never the best side to watch but they are pretty well coached and in steve may the perth club have possibly the best young player in the country. hes scoring almost every week and will surely move to a much bigger club at the end of the season. saints will expect to finish top 6 this season but could easily have been in the running for top 3 if it wasnt for some crucial errors at vital times.
i think this is going to be very tight and probably low scoring so good value in the match being a bit of scrap. saints are quite solid at the back while utd are struggling and even if they go behind no one would behind against may grabbing at least 1 goal.
