i suppose the side has picked up a little over the last couple of months but losing out to inverness in the cup semi was a huge blow. even with a 2 man advantage in extra time gary locke couldnt see off inverness and ofcourse lost of penalties. there is no doubt this side will go down at the end of the season a huge points penalty cost them dearly so its the championship next year. which will be tough as rangers will also be at that level.
celtic have cruised to the title and its just a matter of when they pick it up but the cup comps and europe have been a bit of a let down. this time it was aberdeen winning at celtic park and the result was more than deserved. he gets a lot of credit but im not so sure about neil lennon as a manager hes really been quite lucky with the rangers situation and hasnt done enough in the 2 cups.
celtic are stronger than this young hearts team all over the field, in fact they hammered them 7-0 in the earlier rounds of the cup, but this is a different match and a chance for hearts to restore some pride. i think we will see them playing quite a physical game defending deep and trying to stop celtic from playing. thats why i go for more hearts bookings their only hope is to turn this into a bit of a scrap and that would mean picking up some cards.
